About this Journey
Everyone sleeps, but not everyone remembers their nighttime experiences. With practice, however, anyone can learn to recall their dreams and vividly witness their inner realities. Since we spend a third of our lives sleeping, this time can be harnessed for profound psychological and spiritual growth—a journey you’ll embark on through this course and beyond.
In this course you will have:
20 hours of in-person meetings with teachings and practices spread among 5 in-person group sessions on Saturdays
You will learn a plethora of practices and exercises to enhance your dreams
Weekly-based meditation practices
Night dreaming practices throughout the week

This course is non-profit, any spare money will be donated to care of children in Brazil. There are 3 prices, please choose what feels confortable: (1) Standard: The price includes all necessary expenses such as lunch, drinks, rental of place, and administrative expenses. (2) Supportive: Includes all standard expenses + additional support for this course to continue. (3) Economy: Choose this option if your economy is currently at risk, we want you to participate.
